These units are billet aluminum replicas of the OEM units and should last the lifetime of the engine, 35 years on and the coolant bypass outlets on the VGs are usually rusted & corroded and a potential cooling system failure waiting to erupt.
These are sold as a pair, located on each cylinder head and connect with the upper radiator hose outlet.
